We are looking for responsible 18+ volunteers to help with facilities maintenance and animal care.

Currently, we are looking for two people to volunteer 1-2 times a week to clean the pigs’ house. Cleaning includes removing old bedding (comforters), shaking out and then vacuuming carpets, dusting, and then putting it all back together with fresh blankets.

Project Dreams

Currently we do not have a facility for the pigs to eat out of the elements. That means no matter if it’s torrential  down pouring or a blizzard, the pigs still need to eat outside. Additionally, when the vet comes for their yearly exams, we have to get all of the pigs into their house and it winds up being a stressful situation so matter how much effort we put into eliminating stress. Our dream is to build a “cafeteria” that has individual stalls. This will give them a secured place out of the elements to eat. It’ll also serve as exam rooms for the doctors, making vaccines and physicals much less stressful for the pigs.
